Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

 

RETURNS :

All returns must be postmarked within thirty ( 30 ) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS :

To return an item, please email customer service at info@craftvolt.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address :

Please Note : You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

 

REFUNDS :

After receiving your request for refund & after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, We will process your refund as per our terms. Please allow at least forty five ( 45 ) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS :

The following items cannot be returned : ( That Was Offered With Website Design Packages Or Custom Software Development Services ) Like

•   Free Domain Registration

•   Website Hosting

•   Email Services

•   SSL Website Security Certificate

•   Website Backup Services

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note : 

•   A 50% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

•   Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

•   Feedback Policy : Any negative feedbacks or comments that were left by buyer on any website over the internet for us, same has to be completely removed or changed before requesting for refunds, otherwise refund request will not be processed & will be on hold until said changes are made by buyer, false / misleading feedbacks or comments may lead to account or services suspension without prior notice from us. Buyer will have to send us written confirmation for removal of same on info@craftvolt.Com, as & whatever is required by us so we can resolve & process his request for refund as soon as possible. Any refund request will only be processed as per our terms stated in “refund policy ".
