Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and/or downloaded.
Download and unzipping issues: It may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a "download issue" reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 days may result in a refund decline.
Major defects: Although all our products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support Team's approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect. In no circumstance will the product and/or service would be refunded . (financial or otherwise).
Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. We keep the right to rectify any non-adherence to product descriptions and no refund will be offered in such a case. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Subscription Return Policy :
If you have subscribed to usage of our services and/or software, you are bound by the following terms:
If you, for any conceivable reason, decide to cancel your subscription to our services AFTER you have transferred the payment (manually, by Electronic Clearing Service or automatically) for the said subscription to us, you are not liable to receive any kind of refund (financial or otherwise) from us, in lieu of of your cancellation of the said subscription.
Work-In-Progress Return Policy :
Once you establish an agreement with us on the creation or even make payment to us, and/or provision of a product and/or service, or the undertaking of a project, you are bound by the following terms:
If we have commenced work on your project according to the said agreement AFTER receiving payment from you; you cannot apply for, cannot request, and are not liable to any kind of refund (financial or otherwise), for any conceivable reason/s cited by you. All ownership transfers ( if in any case ), will only be done on written request of buyer on our email id email@example.com , & only be made after he has cleared his all dues with us, there should be no pending payment for his account. In Some Cases Like domain registration, there is a 60 days transfer lock put by domain registrars, so in these cases if buyer still asks for ownership transfer or want to fill his own personal or business details in domain whois, then he has to wait for atleast 60 days, this is beyond our control & we take no responsibility of such cases, Buyer is solely responsible for this. Free Domain provided with website design, or any web hosting package will remain property of craftvolt solutions, if in future buyer does not renews his plan for any reason, even after grace period, then such FREE Domain , that was provided by us, will be suspended & terminated for ever. Every Domain & Web Hosting along with related services will be on rental / billing system ( saas ) to buyer, buyer has to pay annual renewal charges, to renew such services or products on yearly basis, other wise such services will be suspended & terminated for ever.
Though we professionally deliver services and attempt to satisfy our customers' expectations without exception, some technical issues may prevent us from commencing work on your project. If the delay in beginning work on your project becomes substantial, & If For any reason if you dont receive your project, even after 90 days from date of payment, then your request for refund of payment for the concerned project will be duly considered by us.
If there is any delay in the delivery of the finished product due to factors beyond our control, you will not be entitled to any refund from us.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software ( plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, domains, scripts, extensions etc ) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

• Feedback : Any negative feedbacks or comments that were left by buyer on any website over the internet for us, same has to be completely removed or changed before requesting for refunds, otherwise refund request will not be processed & will be on hold until said changes are made by buyer, false / misleading feedbacks or comments may lead to account or services suspension without prior notice from us.
